Welcome to my CV/Blog/Website

This website is an archive of everything I am learning in graduate school. I have two masters degrees, am working on a third, and am almost done with my PhD. Most content relates to horses and rural America, however, I love all things history and literature related, so you you probably find blogs and papers on those topics too. 
When I figure out what to say, I will update this blog. :)

13 Random Things (This is very 2000, but it's easy so I'm including it.)

13. I'm the oldest of six kids, three girls and three boys.
12. I have a great dane and a horse. This is the fewest animals I've had in over 15 years.
11. I learned to ride as a kid at Girl Scout camp and then got to ride while I was a foreign exchange student in Australia at 16.
10. I have survived breaking my back (T9), my pelvis (S3), Lupus SLE, and I am now fighting Stage III Breast Cancer - which I fully intend to beat.
9. I am married to a potter. (His name is not Harry)
8. My happy place is on my horse's back riding down a trail. Someday I may ride off and never return. <3
7. I have so many degrees because I love to learn and the structure of a classroom.
6. I'd be an elementary teacher if it paid more.
5. Someday I want to sail across the ocean, but first I have to get rid of my fear of the ocean. 
4. My favorite song is All I Know So Far by Pink.
3. My favorite TV show is The Bear on Hulu. 
2. My favorite Youtube channel is the WhyFiles.
